I would have drunk it all down to the last drop without wasting even a single drop with that big piss in the pitcher I would have totally quenched my thirst!

The flow rate in the fast part of pissing (0:14-0:30) is about 85-90ml/sec, which is over four times that of the typical human urine flow rate. The typical male healthy rate is around 20ml/sec, for women it's about 18ml/sec. Some women can push this way past normal rates with their muscles, this is one of the fastest measured ones I've seen.
